Wayne E. Clifford

A memorial service will be held on February 26 at Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, MA from 3-5 pm.



Wayne E. Clifford, 70, of Fitchburg, passed away after long illness on February 4, 2022. He was born in Nashua, NH on August 7, 1951 to Thomas and Theresa (Archambault) Clifford. Wayne was predeceased by the love of his Life Peggy Clifford in 2018 and a brother Michael Clifford in 1976. He leaves behind his children Kari Quinlan and Curtis Clifford and his grandchildren Nikole, Jacoob, Anisa, Nathan, Kyler, Nathan and Leah; his stepchildren Brian and Lisa LeBlanc. Wayne raised his niece Michele Griffin and Chris Langille, who were also considered his children. Wayne also leaves behind his siblings Thomas Clifford, Esther Emery, Joseph Clifford, Mark Clifford and Richard Clifford, his step brothers Peter and Kevin Holder, as well as many nieces and nephews, and his lifelong friend Steve Aubin. Wayne was a loving, caring, dedicated man that had strong family values and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He truly touched the souls of all who met him and you never left his home not being a new member of his family.
