Theresa A. Caputi

Theresa Ann Caputi, known fondly to many as Terry, passed away on July 31, 2023. Theresa, a dedicated and loving woman, was born on August 4, 1960, in Fitchburg, MA. Her resilience and sense of humor were her trademarks, undeniably making her a beacon of light and strength to her family and friends. Theresa, in her unique way, was always there to listen and offer advice, putting her heart into everything she did, proof of her unwavering dedication to those she loved.

Theresa was a proud and loving mother to her five children, Ashley, Robert III, Tavis, Damian, and Sheena Ducksworth, and a doting grandmother to her ten grandchildren. Her family was her world, and she always prioritized their happiness and well-being above all else. She was a homemaker by profession, a role she embraced with love and dedication. Theresa also spent many years as a respected Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a testament to her nurturing and caring nature. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to church, playing bingo, and engaging in card games, spreading joy and laughter wherever she went.

Theresa is survived by her children, her grandchildren, and her brother, Arthur Caputi. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Caputi Sr., Hazel Perez, and her brothers Paul and Michael Caputi. Her absence will be profoundly felt by those who had the privilege to know her, but her memory will continue to inspire and encourage us, as we remember her resilience, her dedication, and her loving nature.
