OBITUARY Springfield – Steven M. Chambers, 59, of Springfield, formerly of Fitchburg, passed away on December 7, in the Yale -New Haven Hospital after an illness. Steven was born in Fitchburg on March 16, 1957, a son of the late Ernest and Vincenza “Jennie” (DiNatale) Chambers. He worked for many years as a Roofer. He was a kind and generous man who will be remembered for his love of family and big heart. He was always willing to help a friend in need and would give the shirt off his back. Steve loved life and enjoyed making others smile with his wonderful sense of humor. He leaves his loving wife and soulmate, Anna Maria (Pochini) Hamblin – Chambers, his children, Stephanie Chambers, Kristin Chambers, Steven Evans, Jason Falkowski, AshleyRose Falkowski, and Nicholas Hamblin and wife Chloe; grandchildren, Jaida Robertson, Ava Williams, Ella Peck, Madison Evans, Sean Evans, Ryan Evans, Brooklyn Hamblin, and Michael Kelly; brother, David Chambers; sister, Pamela Chambers. Steven was predeceased by his brother Peter Chambers.
