Stella Michael

Stella (Angelos) Michael, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt passed away on August 15, 2023.

Stella was born on March 23, 1928, and was a longtime resident of Fitchburg, MA. She graduated from Fitchburg High School in 1946. Stella was part owner of her family restaurant, Milford House of Pizza, for ten years.

A devoted member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Fitchburg, Stella's unwavering faith and dedication to the Lord carried her through the loss of her husband of 60 years, Andreas Michael, and the passing of her sisters Bessie Psirogianis, Anastasia Panageotis, Stephanie Bamikas, and Elizabeth Sardelis.

Stella's favorite saying to comfort those in peril was, "God is good", believing that through Christ all is possible. She enjoyed the company of friends and loved ones, often welcoming you into her home with offerings of Greek pastries and a hot cup of coffee. She enjoyed Greek festivals, Greek dancing, and holiday celebrations. Her positive disposition and trust in God will live on through those she cherished most.

Stella is survived by her daughter Suzanne Constantinou, son-in-law Costas Constantinou, grand-daughters Stella Milan and Andrea Constantinou, great-grand son Constantine Millan, a brother James Angelos, nephews and nieces.

A mass will be held at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1319 Main St, Fitchburg, MA 01420, at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, 115 Mt Elam Rd, Fitchburg, MA 01420, following mass.
