Fitchburg- Scott T. Sultan, 54 passed away suddenly from heart complications on Sunday, February 10th at HealthAlliance Leominster Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Scott was born on December 2, 1964 in Leominster to Carol (Gilmore) Sultan and the late Thomas Sultan. Besides his mother, Scott is survived by his beloved wife of thirty three years, Karen A. (McCarthy) Sultan, their daughter Ashley A. Sultan and son Zachary M. Sultan of Fitchburg, one brother, Thomas S. Sultan of Wilmington and several nieces and nephews.

Scott was a licensed electrician previously employed at Mohawk Wire and Cable for 22 years until an industrial injury forced early retirement.

He was an avid Patriot’s and Bruins fan. He also loved his tools and could fix anything. His family was never in need of a repairman.

Scott took great joy in cheering on Zack at his ice and street hockey games and Ashley at her gymnastics and cheerleading competitions.

He had a great companion in the family dog “Riker” going on their daily coffee shop ride. Scott always said his wife was a saint and would give you that “Sultan” grin. He will be missed by many.
