Sam’s journey wasn’t an easy one but his outlook on life was always positive. He would say, “Nothing but Love” and he meant it. He found the good in people even when he couldn’t see it in himself.

A special thank you to all the Nurses, Case Manager and Doctors at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Reno who did all they could to help Sam through the final days of his life. The compassion and heartfelt care from the Oncology Department was like having a second family surrounding him.
