There will be no calling hours or service. The family will hold a celebration of life on July 30th 2022 to celebrate the lives and love of Roy and Carole.
Roy Edward Braman, age 79, of Lunenburg, Massachusetts passed away on May 23, 2022.
Roy was born on July 9, 1942 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. He recently lost his beloved wife of 61 years, Carole (McDonald) Braman, in January to a courageous battle with Alzheimers.
His last employment was Owner of RT’s Auto Center in Fitchburg.
“Papa,” as he was known by his family and friends enjoyed being around his loved ones, spending time in their second home in North Port, Florida, and gardening. Growing up he could be found drag racing with his Mystery Pontiac, defending as goalie in multiple hockey leagues and tournaments – one of his favorites being The Coors Rockies tournament, and taking pride in his work on cars. Roy’s favorite past time was watching television while holding hands with Carole.
Roy’s memory lives on with his daughter Karolyn Braman of Lunenburg; son, Brian Braman and his wife, Carol (Hebert) Braman, of Gardner; daughter, Brenda Pajari and her husband, David Pajari of Lunenburg; daughter, Audra Braman and her husband, Michael Bellio, of Lunenburg; grandchildren, Nik Gonynor, Courtney (Braman) Egan, Jake Pajari, Luke Pajari and Mason Pajari; great grandchild Imogen Gonynor; many nieces and nephews.
Roy was predeceased by his mother, Helen F. (Vaisanen) Braman; father, Roy E. Braman; brother, David L. Braman.
