Calling hours will be held in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg on Monday, February 12, from 4-7pm. Burial with military honors will be held at a later date.
OBITUARY
Fitchburg – Robert H. Lucier, 85, of Fitchburg, passed away Wednesday, February 7, in UMass Medical Center, Worcester.
Robert was born in Fitchburg on February 25, 1932, a son of the late Edward and Yvonne Lucier.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged in 1953. Robert was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather, and provider.
He leaves his wife of 65 years, Anna E. (Kreitmeier) Lucier of Fitchburg; daughter, Marlene Kelly Lucier of Ayer; grandchildren, Matthew Kelly, Moriah Kelly Hildreth and husband Nick, and Michael Kelly; great grandchildren, Cormac, Graham, Adalia, and Iris.
Robert was predeceased by his son Norman R. Lucier, his daughter Cheryl A. LeBlanc Lucier, and several siblings.
