Pauline Kosinski Kulig (Pearl), 90, of Westminster, MA passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on December 6, 2022.
Pearl was born in Springfield, MA on December 11, 1931. She is pre-deceased by her beloved husband of 53 years, Albin H. Kulig and her siblings, Helen Mickiewicz, Leo Kosinski and Edward Kosinski all of Springfield, MA. She is survived by her children, Stephen A. Kulig (Martha) of Singer Island, FL, Lawrence R. Kulig (Leslie) of Newburyport, MA and Catherine McDonald (Gary) of Westminster, MA, her grandchildren, Ashley Quinn (Robert), Erin Sibley (Andrew), Alexandra O’Rourke (Brendan), Caroline Kulig and Andrew Kulig. Pearl is also survived by 5 (soon to be 6) beloved great grandchildren.
Pearl grew up, raised her children and lived in Springfield for 70 years until the death of her husband. For several years she worked in the Springfield public schools and WJ Foss Company. As a widow, she moved to Westminster to live with her daughter and son in law where she made numerous friends and was active in the community. She truly epitomized that home really is where the heart is. She attended church faithfully, sang in the choir, played the piano, loved to read and socialize with her friends. Pearl was affectionately called “Bobbi” by her family in reference to her Polish roots. Bobbi touched many lives and always saw the good in people. She will be greatly missed by family and friends but never forgotten.
