Patty Ann Geary

It is said that laughter is the elixir of life, and no one knew this better than the charismatic Patty Ann Geary, who departed from us on April 14, 2025. Patty was a beacon of light, a reservoir of jokes, a wellspring of joy. Her laughter was infectious, her spirit was resilient, and her heart was as large as her sense of humor. Her fun-loving nature was only surpassed by her love for her family, especially her four sons.

Born with a nurturing spirit, Patty found immense joy in caring for animals. Her home was a haven for all creatures, big and small. Aside from her love for animals, Patty’s creative flair led her into the world of cosmetology. Her artistic talent and natural charm made her a favorite amongst her family and friends. She had the unique ability to make everyone feel as beautiful on the outside as they were on the inside.

Patty was a loving mother to her four sons: Brandon Geary, Devon Geary, Dillon Courtemanche, and Dustyn Geary-Gilman. Her love for them was boundless, her pride in their accomplishments, endless. Their adored mother's resilience and humor will forever be ingrained in their hearts. Patty is also survived by her mother, Catherine Leopard, and sister, Susan Ayres. She is preceded in death by her father, John Paul Geary.

As Maya Angelou once said, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Patty made us all feel loved, made us all laugh, and that is her legacy.
