Patricia E. DiMarzio, fondly known as Patty, was a beacon of strength, warmth and love to all who knew her. She was born in Leominster, MA, April 24, 1941 to Raoul and Eleanor (English) Brisson. She was a beloved wife to Robert DiMarzio for nearly 66 years. Together they stood by each other through every journey, joy, illness and challenge. She was a loving mother to her five children. Patty’s love for her family was contagious and transcended through generations, creating a family bond that is unbreakable and eternal.
Her career spanned from a young woman at Foster Grant where she met her husband, several office management positions to a successful manufacturing business owner of JD Industries. Although she was proud of the business she built, her family was her most treasured creation. She loved hosting her entire family every holiday, creating everlasting memories and traditions spanning four generations. She loved camping and after retiring spent her winters in Florida visiting new and old friends. She had a strong faith in God.
Patty lived a life filled with love, determination and joy and left an indelible mark on everyone she met. She was predeceased by her parents, six sisters, two brothers and one granddaughter. Patty’s legacy will continue to live in the hearts of her husband Robert DiMarzio, her children John (Donna) DiMarzio, Steven (Allison) DiMarzio, Julie (John) Matley, Robert (Jilcara) DiMarzio, and James (Christiana) DiMarzio. She also leaves a sister-in-law, Louise Hillman. She will be missed by her 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and everyone blessed enough to have known her.
