Leominster – Olga N. Martinez, 79, of Leominster, passed away Monday, February 19, in the Highlands.
Olga was born in José Batlle y Ordóñez, Uruguay on November 27, 1938, a daughter of the late Nicanor Cardozo and Jorgelina Alvarez. She came to the United States in 1970 and worked as a machine operator until her retirement. She was a very loving woman, who enjoyed family gatherings and being around her many friends. Olga also enjoyed traveling with her loved ones. She will be greatly missed.
Olga is survived by her brother, Carlos Cardozo and wife Maria of Argentina; sister, Elia Garcia of Lunenburg; nephews, Heber Nalerio and wife Evelyn Martinez of Leominster, Jorge Garcia and wife Tania Fernandez and their son Sebastian of Lunenburg, Gustavo Reyes of FL; nieces, Elizabeth Cardozo and husband Daniel Muzio, and their daughters, Magela and Victoria of Argentina, Carla Simmons and husband Phil of FL, Yolanda Cardozo of Uruguay, Elia Nalerio-Santiago and husband Orlando, and their daughter Iliana of Leominster, and Melissa Hernandez of Fitchburg.
She was predeceased by her husband Pedro P. Martinez.
