A Celebration of life Mass will be held on Saturday, March 17 at 12:00pm in St. Cecilia’s Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster.
Fitchburg- Nicholas G. Garneau, 39 passed away on Sunday, January 28.
Nicholas was born in Fitchburg on February 1, 1978 a son of Norman Garneau Jr. and Mary Carter and has resided in Fitchburg for many years.
He is survived by his father Norman Garneau Jr. and his partner Gretchen Letteney of Fitchburg, his mother Mary Carter and her husband Donald of Athol, his wife of eight years, Simone Madeira of Fitchburg, one son, Brandon Garneau, three daughters, Bruna Biz, Lydia Garneau, Corrin Garneau all of Fitchburg, one brother, Andrew Garneau of Fitchburg and one nephew, Connor Garneau.
He was the brother of the late Jason J. Garneau who passed away in 2016.
Nicholas was a hard worker and a loving person. He was a master carpenter. He loved to sing.
