Mona R. Morock

Fitchburg- Mona R. Morock, 61, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2023, at home surrounded by friends and family. Mona was born in Fitchburg on March 3, 1962, a daughter of Therese (Guillmette) Morock and the late Louis Morock. Mona worked for many years at A&E Distributors and spent the past decade working for the Mart Bus Company.

Mona will be fondly remembered for her contagious smile and fun personality. She enjoyed hosting gatherings large and small. She loved spending time with her family and friends at the pool with the ball games on in the background. She truly treasured lunchtimes with friends, gathering with 'the girls", her annual summer party, and the yearly trip to New Jersey with her mother and sister.

Mona is predeceased by her father Louis Morock and her sister Cathy McGuirk. She leaves behind her mother Therese Morock of Fitchburg, her brother Michael Morock of Ashby, nieces Carla, Lauren, and Leah; nephews Billy, Marty, Rob, and Aric; eight great nieces and nephews; many beloved extended family members... and of course, her dog Maddie.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 11 am in the Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Road, Fitchburg.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Fitchburg.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 4-7 pm in the funeral home.
