Maureen is in the care of Brandon Funeral Home. A direct burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, 257 Main St. in Leominster at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 30th, 2021. All who knew Maureen and wish to say goodbye are welcomed to attend.
Leominster – Maureen Ruth Haley (Gray) 78, died peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
Born in Concord, NH on November 26th 1942 to Douglas A. Gray and Noreen R. (Young) Gray. She was raised in Lincoln, NH and resided in Shirley, MA and Leominster, MA for most of her life.
Maureen “Moe” enjoyed several hobbies throughout her life including knitting, reading, bingo and puzzles. She was an avid New England sports fan and loved watching the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. During her life, you would find her on a cruise to Bermuda with her late husband Bill, at Foxwoods Casino or playing card games with family at her dining table.
She is predeceased by her husband, William F. Haley Sr; her son, William F. Haley II; her sister Ellen D. Will; her sister Mickey Falter and her parents.
Maureen is survived by her loving daughter Noreen R. Stull (Haley) and her husband Corey W. Stull of Leominster; beloved granddaughters, Janell M. Haley, her Fiancé Stephen Albert, Maureen R. Armstrong; caring grandsons William F. Haley III, William B. Armstrong, and Michael C. Stull. Great grandchildren, Andrew, Brodie, Kalem, Violet and Summer. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Richard T. Will of Melrose, her niece Kimberlie Nikou, husband John Nikou, their daughter Kayla & her son John.
