Mark S. Legere

The funeral will be held from Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd. Fitchburg on Monday, August 24, with a Mass at 10:00 am in Saint Anna’s Church in Leominster. Burial will follow in Saint Bernard’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Sunday, August 23, from 2-4pm.



Fitchburg – Mark S. Legere, Jr., 37, of Fitchburg, died Tuesday, August 18, in his home. Mark was born in Fitchburg, a son of Mark S. Legere, Sr. and the late Lorraine (LeBlanc) Legere. He graduated from Monty Tech High School and for many years worked in the construction industry. Mark loved motorcycles and his favorite television show was Sons of Anarchy. He loved his children and enjoyed spending time with his family. Mark leaves his wife Shevonne (Cameron) Legere; children; Mark S. Legere III, Ashley, Caleigh, and Mackenzie Legere, and step-daughter Hannah Legere, all of Leominster; his father, Mark S. Legere, Sr. of Fitchburg; sisters, Cheryl Legere of Arlington and Danielle Legere of Fl; former wife, Marianne (Harmon) Legere of Leominster; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Dr. C.L. John Legere and Grace “Jean” Legere.
