There will be no calling hours.A Mass will be held in his honor at St. Francis Church, 63 Sheridan Street, Fitchburg, MA on Sunday February 12, 2017 at 2:30pm. Friends and family are welcome to the Mass to celebrate Mark’s life.
Mark Allard, age 55, of Fitchburg, MA passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 from a brief illness at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mark was born in Whitinsville, Ma, on October 17, 1961. Predeceased by his father Paul Allard. Mark graduated from Blackstone Millville Regional High School in 1979. He worked many years at Polytop and Vytek and most recently at Script Pro. Mark is survived by his wife Maria Paulino-Allard, his mother Frances Allard, of Uxbridge, MA, his three siblings Peter Allard, of Douglas, MA, Michael Allard, of Uxbridge, MA, Brenda Allard, of Uxbridge, MA, her two children Joshua Allard, of Fitchburg, MA, and Jared Mytych, of Douglas, MA, a Great Nephew and a Great Niece, and many other family and loved ones.
Mark loved mentoring and spending time with his nephews. He enjoyed volunteering at the Boys & Girls club of Leominster, MA teaching Robotic Lego’s. He had a love for Hiking, Camping, Biking, Bowling, Playing Pool, Astronomy and World Traveling.
