Lora Jean Noll, 57, passed away unexpectedly on January 5, 2022.
She was born on January 17, 1964, in Lowell, the daughter of Robert and Janet (Dunfey) Noll.
She is survived by her sisters, Heidi Koval and her companion Mark Collins, and Gretchen and her husband Arthur P. “Jay” DiGeronimo Jr., all of Leominster; and her brothers, Steven Noll and his wife Susan of Lowell, and Christopher Noll of Martha’s Vineyard.
Lora Jean worked for many years in the retail industry, most recently for Hannaford Supermarkets, Leominster, in customer service.
Lora Jean was the glue of her family. She was the “social secretary” who kept in touch with everyone. Her memory for family history and her mastery of trivia, especially about television and movies, were phenomenal. She was an imaginative and tenacious problem solver who never let a challenge defeat her. She loved pets and was a kind and patient “Auntie Lora” to Gretchen and Jay’s and Heidi’s many dogs. In addition to always being up for any kind of adventure – amusement parks, concerts, time at the beach, shopping – she enjoyed travel. Her trips to Disney World and most recently England gave her great pleasure. She also loved television, the movies, going out to eat, word search puzzles, Celtic Thunder, and dolphins.
