He retired from PJ Keatings, Lunenburg MA as a mechanic/welder. He served many years in Law Enforcement and was a proud member of the Fraternal Organization of the Masons. He took his role as a Master Mason and Shriner seriously, dedicating countless hours to these organizations. His commitment to service was also reflected in his time as a police officer and Blue Knight serving with both dedication and integrity.
Leo was an avid cardplayer and loved to fish. And oh, with treats in his pockets, how he loved his horses and dogs. His face would light up with joy driving the tractor or content just sitting on the porch directing the projects.
He also had a knack for storytelling that could turn even a trip to the grocery store into an epic adventure. His tales of his law enforcement days were always a hit at family gatherings. He enjoyed taking “old scraps” that he saved from generations to create new memorable gifts to pass along to future generations. Nothing brought Leo more joy than his beloved family.
