Laurette Rose (Hebert) Loiselle, 91, of Leominster, passed away Sept 20, 2024 peacefully at Notre Dame Healthcare.
Laurette was born in Westmore, VT in 1933 to William and Blanche Hebert. She married Norman Loiselle and shared 65 years together. She was a dedicated and loving mother, wife, grandmother, and great grandmother. Laurette loved to laugh, dance, spend time with family and friends, and challenged everyone to realize their potential. She loved all her family and friends fiercely, always doing countless thoughtful things for them.
She was a devoted Catholic, Eucharistic Minister and champion for Prolife, and saw all human life as precious. She was awarded the prestigious Mother Teresa Award, performed various leadership positions with Le Union St. Jean Baptiste, the Pro-life Center, and other fraternal/spiritual organizations. Laurette valued education and was proud all her grandchildren earned college degrees.
Laurette is predeceased by her husband Norman Loiselle, children Michelle Loiselle Brosseau and Stephen Loiselle. She is survived by her children John Loiselle, Claudette Tata and her husband Robert, and Joseph Loiselle, and many grand, and great grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Notre Dame Healthcare and Sunrise of Leominster for their care during her final years. They were like family to her. A calling hour will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Road, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, 01420. Mass will be celebrated Friday, September 27, 2024, at 10:00am at St. Cecilia Church, 180 Mechanic St. Leominster, with burial to follow. We invite all those who knew and loved Laurette to join us in celebrating her extraordinary life. We encourage attendees to share their memories and upload photos to the memorial page, ensuring Laurette's spirit continues to be a beacon of love and kindness for generations to come.
