Townsend – Over the weekend of November 26th, 2016 Kevin Lee Bosselait of Townsend, at the age of 53 passed away peacefully in his sleep. Kevin was a kind and generous man who had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need, including working with Fitchburg’s motorcycle Santa Claus each Christmas season delivering gifts to children in need around the city. He drove for Twin City Cab company and loved meeting everyone he encountered during his time there. Kevin was born in Gardner on May 16th, 1963 and grew up in Ashburnham. He graduated from Oakmont Regional High School and played in the Simplex Drum and Bugle Corps for many years. Kevin was a family man and leaves behind a son; Elijah, a loving mother; Mona, A sister; Lynda, two brothers; Scott, and Todd, A brother in law; John, two sisters in law; Cindy and Carey, a step mother; Ann, two step brothers; Steve and Wayne and their wives Danielle and Deborah, a Nephew; Colton, and two nieces; Courtney and Haley. He was a lover of sports, especially all things Boston, along with attending as many of his son’s, Niece’s and nephew’s sporting events as he could and was so proud of all of them. Kevin was a jack of all trades and worked many jobs over his working career including: construction, Training Monkeys, exterminator, and even worked in an amusement park, among many other unusual jobs. Kevin’s ‘spunky’ personality, quick wit, and joyful laughter will forever be missed by all who knew him. The family is asking that in lieu of flowers a donation is made to gofundme.com/Kevin-Bosselait which was set up to help with the final expenses.
