Jeannette N. Berube

FITCHBURG – Jeannette N. Berube, 97 of Fitchburg, died peacefully in her sleep early Friday morning, March 3, 2023. She was predeceased by her husband Maurice C. Berube. Jeannette was a very loving caring happy person who loved to go to Foxwoods, and Bingo, and knit slippers for her whole family and friends in her spare time. She also was very passionate about cooking and baking. There’s not one person who didn’t like her meatballs. Jeannette always made sure that you never left her house hungry. She will be missed by her son, Dave Berube and his wife Kelly Berube, son in law Dave Meehan; her eleven grandchildren, Julie Decoteau and her husband Mark, Sheila Tobis and her husband Todd, Dustin Berube and his wife Tanya, Mike Berube and his wife Melanie, Joey Berube and his wife Elyse, Eric Meehan and his wife Mallory, Michelle Berube, Tim Veilleux and his wife Mikayla, David Casey, and her eight great-grandchildren, Ezra, Caleb, Ryder, Myles, Brody, Lucas, Frank, and Ashley; and many nieces and nephews. Jeannette was predeceased by all her brothers and sisters. Funeral services and burial in St. Bernard’s Cemetery, Fitchburg will be private. Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Road, Fitchburg, is directing arrangements.
