Leominster-Jean T. (Goguen) Blake, 80, died Thursday, June 22, 2023, at Health Alliance Leominster Hospital after an illness.
She leaves one son, Eric Blake of Leominster; one daughter, Julie Siciliano and her companion Michael Putnam of Nashua, NH; three grandchildren, Matthew Siciliano and his significant other Robin Crifo of Leominster, Mandy Wilson (Siciliano) of Fitchburg, and Laura Siciliano of Leominster; three great-grandchildren, Sophia Wilson and Alexander Wilson both of Fitchburg and Raelyn Crifo; her son-in-law, Mark Siciliano of Leominster with whom she lived; her sister Elaine Goguen of Fitchburg, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Sonny Goguen and Dicky Goguen and her sister Ann Marie Papa.
She was born in Fitchburg on June 6, 1943, a daughter of the late Rene and Bernadette (Gallant) Goguen. She worked for Kmart and Sears for many years as a clerk.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Church, in Fitchburg. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family would like to thank the staff at Health Alliance Leominster Hospital for the care they provided.
Her funeral will be held in St. Joseph's Church, 49 Woodland Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420 on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
Her burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, 486 Clarendon Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420
