Jack Walker died at home with his loving family at the age of 61 after fighting a long-term illness.
He leaves his wife of 40 years Sherry Walker and children April Witzgall and her husband Jadd , Beth Walker and her fiance’ Nick and Justin Walker, grandchildren, Leah, Talia and Dominic, and his brother John Walker, Jr.
Jack was predeceased by his brother Bobby Wilson, his sisters Beverly Walker and Jill Gaskell, and his mother, Thelma Walker, his nephew Gregory Walker and his niece Chelsea Gaskell.
He enjoyed all the time he spent with his Grandchildren Leah, Talia and Dominic.
He retired from The Army National Guard where he served almost 30 years and also did two tours in Iraq. He had many hobbies including his dart team, woodworking, painting, golf, cooking and anything to do with cars. He was The Commander at The American Legion Post 429 for quite a few years, up until the doors closed for good. He had a few close army buddies that he considered as his “brothers” and his cousin, Joey, that stuck by him until the end.
