Lunenburg – Holly-Joy (Seretto) Terranova, 47, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, June 8, 2018.
Holly leaves her husband of nine years, Scott Terranova, her mother, Carole D. (Lemieux) Seretto, her father Paul M. Seretto, Jr., a sister, Stacy Seretto-Saari, niece Katarina Seretto-Salafia, nephew Christyan Serreto-Saari, step-daughter, Krystal Terranova, and grandson Lucio.
Holly studied dance at her mother’s dance studio and lit up the stage with her energy and overpowering smile from the age of three, up to her college years. Holly graduated from Fitchburg High School in 1988, and was a cheerleader for four years, along with being nominated Homecoming Queen.
She received her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Mount Wachusett Community College, and also attended Quinsigamond College. Holly became the Office Manager of her father’s bus company, Holiday Charter Service, for several years. Holly then became one of the first female drivers for UPS in the area, serving the company for over 20 years. Holly took pride in her job and considered her co-workers to be her union brothers.
Holly loved to travel with her husband to the Bahamas, Vegas, and take spontaneous weekend trips whenever they could. She loved going to her beach house in York, Maine on the weekends, taking walks to the lighthouse, spending days in the sand, with drinks in hand, and dinners with her husband. Holly also enjoyed going with her husband Scott to car shows. She even had a few of her own cars she would drive, one of which she named, “Veronica”, her green ’67 Chevelle.
Holly’s million-dollar smile would light up a room, and her sense of humor always kept her husband laughing. Holly enjoyed being around her friends and family, and her beautiful persona will be with us forever.
