The memorial Mass will be held in St. Anna’s Church, Leominster on Tuesday, April 19, at 10:00 am. There are no calling hours. Burial will be private.
LANCASTER – Herman J. Catalucci, 89, of Lancaster, died Friday, April 15, 2016 in his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY a son of the late Joseph and Concetta (Federico) Catalucci. Mr. Catalucci owned and operated Bay State Plastics with his wife. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Navy. He loved his family and friends above all else, he was a wonderful father and grandfather. Mr. Catalucci was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the Leominster community, traveling, golfing and gardening.
He spent winters at his second home in West Palm Beach Florida with his wife.
He leaves two sons, Joseph “Jay” Catalucci of Lancaster, and Randy Catalucci of Lancaster, his two daughters, Linda Counelis and husband James of MI, and Lori Dery of Leominster, his sister Nina and her husband James Facey, Jr.; his nine grandchildren, Teri Shaw, Thomas Counelis, Shelly Counelis, Corinne Wolford, Rebecca Andrews, Michael Dery, Kingsley Catalucci, Gena Catalucci, and Randy Catalucci Jr., and eleven great-grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter, Saphira Casey; nieces and nephews.
Mr. Catalucci was predeceased by his wife Roberta “Bobbi” Catalucci and his granddaughter Crystal Simmons.
