Garry D. Mobley, Sr.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, March 20 at the Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg. A calling hour will precede the service from 6-7pm. Burial will be private.



Fitchburg- Garry D. Mobley Sr., 60 passed away on Friday, March 10 at the Golden Living Center after a short illness. Mr. Mobley was born on February 13, 1957 in North Carolina a son of the late Ike and Josefine Mobley. Mr. Mobley is survived by his longtime companion, Betty Ann Marion of Fitchburg, one son, Garry D. Mobley Jr. of Fitchburg, one daughter Heaven of Ayer, step daughter, Tiffany Lopez of Fitchburg, three grandchildren, Alexianna Lopez, Estefania Lopez and Alejandro Lopez Jr..  He is also survived by three nephews Neal Connor, Victor Connor, Omar Connor and a great niece Tasha Seaforth. Mr. Mobley was predeceased by brother Isaiah Mobley; sisters Pauline Connor, Willie Jane Boyd and a niece Bay Bay Seaforth. Mr. Mobley was employed for many years at Biomedical Polymers in Gardner. Prior to that he worked at Fibermark Paper in Fitchburg. Garry was a very quiet man, loved his pets, and was an avid Patriots fan.
