A Committal Service with military honors will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 5 at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen St., Winchendon, MA.
Visitation period will be from 11:30-1:00 on Thursday, April 5 at the Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association 260 Cochituate Rd., #200 Framingham, MA 01701
Fitchburg- Elmer F. Guest, 79 passed away on Tuesday, March 27 at Health Alliance Leominster Hospital.
Elmer was born on March 8, 1939 a son of the late Lawrence and Flora (Leighton) Guest.
Mr. Guest leaves his wife of fifty eight years, Lorraine (Vendette) Guest of Fitchburg, one son, Todd Guest of Fitchburg, sister, Donna Rasmussen.
He is predeceased by his brother, William L. Guest.
Mr. Guest was formerly at City Plate Glass in Fitchburg.
He was a member of the Fitchburg Rod and Gun Club, member of the NRA and was an avid outdoorsman.
Mr. Guest served his country in the US ARMY during the Korean War.
