The funeral will be held Thursday, January 8 at 12:00 noon in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd. Calling hours are Thursday from 10-12p.m. Burial will follow in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Health Alliance Home Health & Hospice, 25 Tucker Dr., Leominster, MA 01453.
Elizabeth F. (Jenkins) LaRoche, 78, died January 5, 2015 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 3, 1936 in Lacoochee, FL, the daughter of Herbert and Daisy (Wood) Jenkins. She attended Fitchburg schools. She loved bingo, going to the casino, and crocheting sweaters, mittens and afghans for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She wintered in Florida with her husband and cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Her husband of 63 years, Bernard J. LaRoche, passed away July 4, 2010. She leaves her six children, Debra Landry and her husband, Lawrence, Bernice Buteau, Pamela Spinelli, Holly Griffin and her husband, Richard, Donna Calvo and her husband, James and Bernard J. LaRoche, Jr. nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, her sister, Evelyn Albert of Westminster and nieces and nephews.
