Funeral services and burial will be held privately. Brandon Funeral Home, 17 Main Street Ashburnham, is directing arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the MSPCA, 350 S. Huntington Ave Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
OBITUARY
Ashburnham – Edna (Bettam) Paris, of Ashburnham, passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
Edna was born in 1922, in Sutton Coldfield, England; She came to the US as a war bride in 1945, married to her beloved Sherman, who predeceased her in 2001. Edna enjoyed knitting, tending to her English gardens, feeding the birds, and dogs, especially her beloved Maggie.
She is survived by her children, Richard S. Paris and wife Martie of Winchendon, Jane Paris Tomoda and husband Kentaro of Florida, David C. Paris and wife Diana of Ashburnham; grandchildren, Jeffrey Tomoda, James Scott Tomoda, and Elizabeth Paris; seven great grandchildren. She was beloved by all and will be missed greatly.
