A celebration of life will be held at the Knights of Columbus at 484 Lancaster St in Leominster, MA from 12-4 on Saturday the 24th of February. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be sent to Ginny’s Helping Hand Inc. of Leominster to honor Donna by helping the local food pantry.

Donna passed away unexpectedly after a short battle with cancer. She grew up in Clinton, Ma. Where she graduated high school. She later moved to Leominster, MA. She was predeceased by her father Leon and her brother William Mikels. She is survived by her mother Pricilla Mikels of Sonoma, CA, along with her beloved son Benjamin, his wife Kristin, and her granddaughter Isabella Mikels of Fitchburg, Ma., who she adored. She also leaves behind nine brothers and sisters; Robert, George, Eddy, Bev, Paul, David, Barry, Gary, Joy and their wives and husbands. Along with numerous nieces and nephews. Donna was loved by many of her friends and neighbors.
Some of her favorite pass times were long Sunday drives and going to yard sales with her oldest and dearest friend, Marylou LaShomb of Clinton, MA. She spent time in her later years volunteering at Ginny’s Thrift Shop in Leominster helping the community alongside Ginny White. Making new friends along the way.
