Donna L. Fluet

Donna L. Fluet, 82, of Fitchburg died July 5, 2024 at Leominster Hospital.

Donna graduated from Leominster High School in 1959, and worked for many years as a bookkeeper. She married her husband Joseph “Moe” Fluet on Sept. 5, 1964, and would have celebrated their 60th anniversary this year.

Donna’s home was always open to family and friends. She always said “the first time you’re here, you’re company. After that you help yourself.” She made everyone feel welcome, and was always there with a smile. She loved her family completely and unconditionally. She was beautiful inside and out, and will be missed beyond words.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Michelle Dobbs (Sebastian) of Stella, NC, Lynn Dame (Darrin) of Fitchburg and Daniel Fluet (Tracy) of Gardner; her grandchildren, Douglas Dame (Vikki), Meagan Dame, Colin Dobbs (Jillian), Emily Fluet and Abbey Fluet; her sister, Patricia Paszek (Glenn) of Clarksville, Tenn.; her brother, Robert Reed (Lisa) of Gardner; and several nieces and nephews.

A period of visitation will take place Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 9:00am until 11:00am, at Brandon Funeral Home in Fitchburg. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home, promptly at 11:00a. Burial will follow at Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon at 1:00pm.
