The funeral will be held in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg on Friday, November 30, at 11:00am. There are no calling hours.
The family would like to thank the VNA, the staff at the Rose Monahan Hospice Center and the staff at Sunrise Senior Living for the loving care and support they have provided.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the National Children’s Cancer Society, 500 North Broadway, Suite 1850, St Louis MO 63102.
OBITUARY
Leominster – Denise T. (Caron) Bujold, 89, formerly of Lunenburg, passed away peacefully in the Rose Monahan Hospice Home.
Denise was born in Fitchburg on March 29, 1929, a daughter of the late Albert and Cecilia (Brion) Caron. For several years she worked in Payroll for the Independent Lock Company, and later in the Office at Lunenburg High School for five years. Denise was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who enjoyed following her grandson’s sporting events. Along with her husband and family, she spent many summers at Wells Beach in Maine.
She is survived by her two sons, Thomas Bujold and wife Paula (Tremblay) of Fitchburg, MA and James Bujold and wife Gail (Freyer) of Monmouth Beach, NJ; two grandsons, Thomas J. Bujold and wife Sarah of Leominster, MA and Alexander Bujold of New York City, NY; a brother Maurice Caron and wife Mary of Princeton and a sister Clare LeDoux of Fitchburg; several nieces and nephews.
Denise was predeceased by her husband Emile J. Bujold in 2011.
