A funeral Mass will be held from the Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg with a Mass at 10:00am Friday, May 19 in Our Lady of The Lake Church, 1400 Main St., Leominster. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster.Calling hours are from 4-7 Thursday, May 18, in the funeral home.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the David Lively Memorial Scholarship c/o Digital Federal Credit Union, PO Box 9130 Marlborough, MA 01752.



Worcester- David A. Lively, 55, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at UMASS Medical Center. He was born on October 6, 1961 in Medford, a son of the late David and Marion (Leone) Lively and had resided in Leominster for many years. Mr. Lively is survived by his children, Anthony Lively of Hudson, Taylor Lively of Providence, RI, Brianna Ajemian and her husband Jason of Dudley, Mary Lively of Fitchburg, Montanna Lively of Leominster, Sara Furtado and her husband Doug of Rehoboth; one sister, Pamela J. Copland of Uxbridge; three grandchildren, Charlie Furtado, Julia Furtado, Rosalie Ajemian, and one on the way. He also leaves his nieces, Lisa and Samantha Copland and nephews, Andrew and Jeffrey Copland, as well as many other nieces, nephews and beloved family members, and his former wife, Laura (Schwall) Lively. For many years Mr. Lively was an independent Insurance Broker. He was an avid New England sports fan, especially enjoying the Patriots and Celtics; he loved to be known as the last fan to leave the old Garden. He was active coaching youth sports in the area. Mr. Lively lived life to the fullest and his greatest joy and love was his family.
