A Celebration of Strength will be held at The Apple Hill Farm, 143 Joslin Street in Leominster from 3-6pm on Saturday, January 7th.
Fitchburg – On January 2, 2017 Chelsea Smith died peacefully at home surrounded by family. She was 26 years old.
Chelsea was born in Fitchburg, MA on April 17, 1990, the daughter of Linda and Deane Smith.
Chelsea loved spending time at the beach, being with family, and most of all being with her two beloved nieces Kaylyn Chelsea and Porter Rose. Chelsea was an active participant and supporter of the American Liver Foundation, American Cancer Society, and most recently the New England Organ Bank. Chelsea’s passion for life (and shopping!) was infectious. She took each day head on with unimaginable strength and courage.
She is survived by her parents Linda and Deane Smith, brothers Griffin Smith and wife Abigail and Quinn Smith and wife Meghan; grandparents Shirley and Gerald Corrao and Donald Smith. She also leaves several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the New England Organ Bank 60 First Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451 in Chelsea’s name.
