Calling hours will be held in Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, MA on Thursday, April 20 from 4-7pm. A graveside service will be held at 10am on Friday, April 21, in the Howard Street Cemetery, 50 Howard Street, Northborough, MA 01532.
OBITUARY
Woonsocket, RI – Brian A. Gagnon, 44, of Woonsocket, passed away on April 12, 2017 in Landmark Medical Center after a brief illness.
Brian was born in Nashua, NH, on June 15, 1972, a son of Paul Gagnon and Dorothy (Randall) MacCarty. He was raised in Manchester, New Hampshire and attended Southside and Memorial High School. Before moving to Rhode Island, Brian lived in Northborough, MA with his family. Brian was his own person and will always be remembered for his big heart and straightforward nature. He always put his family first and would do anything for them. He was a loving and dedicated father; the proudest moment in his life was when his son was born, the first grandson in his family.
He leaves his companion, Elizabeth Richard and his son, Joseph Gagnon of Woonsocket, RI; his father, Paul Gagnon of Fitchburg; his mother, Dorothy (Randall) MacCarty and her husband Michael of Nashua, NH; siblings, Melanie Kazanowski and significant other James Carey of Athol, Michael Gagnon and wife Katy of Fitchburg, MA, Nicole Gagnon and significant other Alex Mastorakos of Amesbury, MA; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
