Beverly Jean (Slongwhite) Berndt, wife of Fedor William Berndt, Jr. passed peacefully on January 23, 2025 after a brief illness.
Beverly has survived by her loving husband of 60 years, a son Fedor William Berndt III and his fiancé Stephanie Marcini of Leominster, daughters, Tracy Lynn Blaisdell and her significant other, Rick Tallman of Largo, Florida, Heidi Ann Felt and her husband Christopher Felt of Lancaster; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren of whom she loved completely; two sisters, Barbara Driori of Virginia, Brenda, Bellefeuille of New Hampshire, a brother Robert Slongwhite of South Carolina, and many nieces and nephews.
Beverly was the daughter of Gordon and Thyra Slongwhite, she grew up in Princeton moving to Fitchburg with her husband to raise their three children.
She was a licensed hairdresser by trade. Later, becoming a cafeteria worker at Monty Tech, in which she adored meeting and serving students there. Beverly was a devoted member of Christ Episcopal Church of Fitchburg over the last 60 years. She loved spending time with the family, especially summers together at York Beach Maine.
A private funeral is planned.

Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Road, Fitchburg is directing arrangements.
