Barbara A. Raineri, 76, was born on August 11, 1947, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her zest for life was contagious and her ability to touch the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her was remarkable. Her life was a testament to her warm spirit, her kind heart, and her unwavering belief in the goodness of people.
Barbara dedicated her life to service, working as an Administrative Assistant in the field of accounting at PWC until her retirement. Her work ethic, integrity, and professionalism were highly regarded by her colleagues and her contribution to her profession was immeasurable. She was a woman of great strength and resilience, who tackled life's challenges with grace and courage.
Barbara's heart and soul was to her family. She is survived by her sister, Diane Whitham, and her husband Robert, her sister-in-law, Judy Raineri, her nephews, Jason Raineri and Jonathan Whitham and his wife Mary-Alyce, her nieces, Amy Sharp and her husband Doug and Kristen Baird and her husband Corey, her great-nieces, Bella Raineri, Alice Whitham and Kallie Baird, and two great-nephews, Hudson Whitham, Grayson Sharp-Hudson. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Raineri, and her brother, John Raineri. Each member of her family carries a piece of Barbara's spirit within them, a testament to her profound impact on their lives.

A memorial mass will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Genoa Parish, 185 Summer St, Somerville, MA 02143. There will be a calling hour in the church from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. prior to the mass.
Her burial will be private.
