FITCHBURG – Albert H. Laramie, 74, passed away June 1, 2017 in UMASS Memorial Hospital, Worcester.
The funeral will be held Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in Brandon Funeral Home, Fitchburg. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02210
FITCHBURG – Albert H. Laramie, 74, passed away June 1, 2017 in UMASS Memorial Hospital, Worcester.
He was born October 8, 1942 in Concord, NH, the son of Arthur and Josephine (Allard) Laramie. He was a graduate of St. John’s High School in Concord, NH where he played football. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from University of New Hampshire. He also attended Mt. Wachusett Community College. He was a self-employed accountant for over 40 years.
He was a member of the American Red Cross, the Eastwood Club in Fitchburg and coached Little League in Fitchburg for many years. He loved to work in his yard.
He leaves his loving wife, Jeannie I. (Kelley); three sons, Peter A. Laramie and his wife, Aprille, of Fitchburg, Scott B. Laramie of Fitchburg and Mark A. Laramie and his wife, Pheora, of NC; a brother, Arthur Laramie and his wife, Mary, of NH, ten grandchildren, one great grandson and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Eugene Laramie.
